Domaine Aurore Bachelet
After obtaining her business diploma, Aurore Bachelet made the call to continue her studies in viticulture and oenology before working closely with her father, Vincent Bachelet, for 5 years. From here, Aurore established her own domaine.
Domaine Aurore Bachelet is situated in the village of Santenay-le-Haut and Aurore presides over nearly 10 hectares of vines, producing mainly Pinot Noir with a small complement of Chardonnay. Cuvées include the Bourgogne ‘’Au Fil de Narosse’’, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Maranges, Maranges 1er Cru ‘’Les Clos Roussots’’, Santenay, Santenay 1er Cru ‘’Clos des Mouches’’, Pommard, Bourgogne blanc, Santenay blanc, Saint-Aubin 1er Cru ‘’En Remilly’’, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault ‘’Les Petits Charrons’’.
