Can I collect an order placed online?
Yes, you can arrange for collection at our premises.
How long before I receive delivery of my order?
You can expect your order to be delivered between 2 and 5 working days depending on where you are situated.
What to do if you are interested in an Allocation wine?
If you are interested in one of our Allocation wines, please click on the notify me link on the relevant wine and we will be in contact with you.
Can I arrange for a gift to be personalised?
Yes, please contact your account manager or info@greatdomaines.co.za to assist with any gift tags, wrapping or other requests
What is the best way of going about buying Burgundy from Great Domaines?
Please send an email to info@greatdomaines.co.za and state your interest. Someone will then get in contact and explain our annual Burgundy allocation campaign and how best to get involved in it relative to one's level of interest and budget.
What do I do if my order was delivered damaged?
Please contact us immediately to investigate and rectify.
What do I do if I’ve received the incorrect wines?
Please contact us immediately to investigate and rectify.
Can I cancel my order once it has been delivered?

Do you offer wine storage/cellaring?
Yes we do provide cellaring options to our customers. Please contact Kay@gdcellaring.co.za for more information.
Shipping
Is the cost of delivery/shipping included in my order?
Yes, for all orders totalling R1 500 and more. An additional charge for delivery/shipping is allocated to orders below this threshold.
Do you have expedited shipping options?
Please contact us directly to discuss options if your order is time sensitive.
Where do you ship to?
We ship nationwide within South Africa.

What does it mean when a wine is on Allocation?
Due to very limited availability and/or high demand, a particular wine is not made available for purchase on our website. Instead, the wine is first offered to those customers who have purchased it before. You are welcome to submit an allocation request for a wine to info@greatdomaines.co.za.
How do I know what wine to choose without having tasted it, or being familiar with a region?
This is what sets Great Domaines apart, as we have highly skilled account managers that will assist you in your wine journey and help choose wines with you based on your personal preferences.
How do I know if the wine Is good quality?
Great Domaines provides detailed descriptions and reviews from reputable wine critics, which can help indicate its quality along with the assistance from your account manager.
How does my Coravin device work?
Please refer to our help documents on Coravin devices, alternatively please contact info@greatdomaines.co.za and we will gladly set up a demonstration session for you.
The wines I am looking for are out of stock, how do I know when the new vintage will appear on the website again?
Please send an email to info@greatdomaines.co.za and let us know which wines you are struggling to get hold of and we can then inform you as to when the new vintage of the particular wine(s) arrive/are due to be loaded onto the website

Are there any non-alcoholic options available?
No, unfortunately Great Domaines do not offer any non-alcoholic options.
