Domaine Lavantureux

Founded in 1978 by Roland Lavantureux in the town of Lignorelles, about four miles northwest of Chablis, today his two sons have taken over the Domaine.

Arnaud is in charge of the vineyards and cellar, while David manages the marketing and sales side of the operation.

Arnaud and David have taken the family Domaine to new heights, increasing the holdings to twenty-one hectares, all the while maintain a high level of quality, complexity and layered texture in their wines.

Along with Chablis villages, premiers crus and grands crus, Lavantureux produces a Petit Chablis, which, depending on the vintage, can easily rival more highly pedigreed wines in the appellation.

What are allocation wines?

Allocation wines represent the best of the best of winemaking, produced in limited quantities and available only to a select group. These rare masterpieces are produced on small-scale, the quality is exceptional, and they are in very high demand.
We receive limited quantities of these sought-after wines, and allocate them to customers who are on our allocation list.
