"A rosé, pressed and the juice vinified in two concrete eggs, where is stays on its lees for a few months. After this it sees a light filtration and bottling. A confident, peachy-pink hue in the glass. A gorgeous nose, filled with leafy strawberry and raspberry fruits, with peachy richness, and veins of mineral, which translates onto a charming style on the palate, full and polished, finely grained, with powdery phenolic substance, and a modest acidity. Really charming and bright, savoury, with a warming and substantial finish. I don’t usually go for more serious ‘food’ rosés (or indeed any other type of rosé) but I find this very attractive.
