There is a noble reduction here. The palate is well balanced with a fresh, harmonious entry, a crisp and taut line of acidity that binds this Caillerets together. It segues effortlessly into a more marine-influenced final third with a salty, oyster shell tang. Great persistency and a wonderful Puligny. Bottled under Diam 30.
