"The rich, exotic Boudriotte boasts pronounced quince and grapefruit aromas with a hint of butter, spice and sea spray. The texture is rich and dense, yet the palate is well balanced, leading into a lovely, lingering finish. It is somewhat closed at present, but there is immense potential here. The domaine owns 0.22ha of Boudriotte, nearly half of which is planted to Pinot Noir; most of the Chardonnay was planted by the Bachelet's great-grandfather in 1946." - Decanter
