"The 2022 Saint-Aubin Le Charmois 1er Cru is slightly more reductive than the preceding Champlots, with yellow plum, jasmine and broom scents. This is well-defined, the oak neatly embroidered into the aromatics. The palate is very well-balanced with a plush opening. Yellow plum commingles with blood orange, white pepper and a dab of lemongrass, fanning out gloriously towards the finish. One of my picks from the Domaine this year." - Neal Martin, Vinous
