"This wine is an impressive step up in concentration and depth of flavour in the Marc Roy portfolio, with ripe curranty fruit aromas with accents of smoke, spice, and earth notes. The texture features a firm tannic grip and fresh acidity. The body is somewhat light, but there is enough density to carry the wine to a winning finish. The parcel is located in the lower part of the Clos Prieur that is classed in village appellation as opposed to the upper part, which is premier cru." - Decanter
