Tasting Notes

"20% whole bunch for the first time this year, though Thibaud has done more in 2023. The stems are kept from the older section which is about 70 years old. 3 new barrels in 10. Both the colour and the fruit on the nose are rather darker than the preceding wines. The fruit feels very complete across the palate, dark raspberry with some fresher redcurrant fruit, lifted by the whole bunch which I think has a useful role in freshening up the whole.
