"The 2023 Fleurfontein is pure Sauvignon Blanc with less residual sugar than the 2022, at 230.9g/l. This has a more linear nose, less flamboyant than the 2022 and perhaps a little waxier in style. The palate has a lovely viscous texture and a keen line of acidity, displaying notes of quince, lemon verbena, Clementine and apricot. Very elegant and composed on the finish, the 2023 is gorgeous." - Neal Martin, Vinous
