"The 2021 Chambertin Grand Cru has a perfumed bouquet with pure brambly raspberry and cranberry scents, understated at first but blossoming in the glass. There is something almost regal about these aromas and it eventually develops a lovely cherry Bakewell scent. The palate is very well defined with finely chiselled tannins that convey a sense of symmetry that is beguiling. Plenty of sapidity on the finish, this fans out gloriously." Neal Martin, Vinous
