1. Are David & Nadia wines organic?

The vineyards are farmed organically and the cellar work is kept minimal, with sulphur the only addition to the wines. David and Nadia Sadie belong to the Swartland Independent Producers.

2. What is Aristargos?

The white blend in the flagship range, led by Chenin Blanc and drawing on both young and old vines across 14 sites in the Swartland.

3. What is the difference between Elpidios and the Grenache Noir?

Grenache Noir is a single varietal red off two sites with iron and granite in the soil. Elpidios is a blend with Grenache and Syrah dominant, held a further year in bottle before release.
